This corner of the internet has been created with whole-person wellness in mind. This means taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally, and doing these things holistically rather than independently. In this community, we speak about physical health without any preoccupation with it, mental health without embarrassment about it, and emotional health without any imperative to ‘fix’ it.
I bring to this process a great deal of respect for how complex it is to be human. Wellness is not about doing everything perfectly, it is about learning how to take care of oneself in the real world. On this blog, I will be posting tools, thoughts, and insights about how you can better regulate, balance, and connect to yourself.
